Laura is by far THE BEST real estate agent I ever had. She would always promptly reply to phone and text messages as well as emails. There were many times I would send a text on a weekend evening expecting a reply no earlier than Monday. She typically responded within minutes despite it being a weekend day or evening. Laura also understood that I was looking for a very specific type of property and only provided me with listings that matched my requirements.

My partner and I were purchasing our first home and I truly believe we couldn't have done it without her. She was incredibly responsive, answered all of our tiny little questions, and was so patient. We also had an issue come up during the inspection that the entire electrical system had to be replaced -- within minutes she had negotiated with the seller's agent to have it fixed before closing at no cost to us.
