I can't speak more highly of Laura as a Buyer's Agent, from start to finish, she went above and beyond for every task needed and checked in with me every step along the way. For a usually stressful process (buying a home), she made it as easy a possible for me, even meeting with contractors since I was moving in from out of town. Moving to the Worcester area for work and not knowing anyone in the area or even the area itself, Laura was FANTASTIC, a wealth of knowledge about all surrounding towns and pros/cons of each, esp. with young children, commuting needs, even recreational activities. Anyone would be very lucky to have Laura as their Buyer's Agent-- and I imagine she's just as wonderful as a Seller's Agent as well.

Laura literally dropped what she was doing to show us the first house we looked at after inquiring through Zillow. We had never met and it was last minute on a Sunday afternoon. She worked diligently and relentlessly with us for the next 2 months until we found our home. Throughout the offer and closing process, Laura kept us up to date and well informed with how the process was going or if there was something more we could be doing. She made the whole process fun even though our price range was extremely competitive. We could not have had a better experience with Laura.

Laura was truly a godsend during this process. My partner and I were purchasing our first home and I truly believe we couldn't have done it without her. She was incredibly responsive, answered all of our tiny little questions, and was so patient. We also had an issue come up during the inspection that the entire electrical system had to be replaced -- within minutes she had negotiated with the seller's agent to have it fixed before closing at no cost to us. She was truly on our side and looking out for us at every step of the way -- couldn't recommend her more highly!

I have purchased many homes over the years for personal use and investment. Laura is by far THE BEST real estate agent I ever had. She would always promptly reply to phone and text messages as well as emails. There were many times I would send a text on a weekend evening expecting a reply no earlier than Monday. She typically responded within minutes despite it being a weekend day or evening. Laura also understood that I was looking for a very specific type of property and only provided me with listings that matched my requirements.

She received her B.A. in English from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and her M.Ed. from Lesley University in Cambridge. Before she began her career in real estate, she taught English for the Shrewsbury Public Schools.
